I am a computer programmer with a majority of my experience working in the small retail industry (ie. cash register software) for the past 15 years.  Unfortunately, I invested heavily into a project that failed and I am still picking up the pieces and trying to start over.  I left my home in northern California which was located in a large metropolis for a smaller place set in a much smaller city in Tennessee.  I thoroughly enjoy my new setting with a decent house, a wooded yard, quiet surroundings, air that isn’t comprised of baked smog and family members nearby that I actually get along with.

I share my abode with Raja, pictured below.  He spends a lot of his time lounging about the house or prowling about outside.  During WoW, he will sometimes come up on my chair and lay on my arm or shoulder (it’s a big, overstuffed chair).

Update:  Time marches forward and things change.  Raja has since passed away, my new home is gone and I move on to who knows where.  As Dori said in Finding Nemo, just keep swimming, swimming, just keep swimming.
